Terms of use

El Mundo de los Repuestos is a directory: shops publish their inventory, and buyers search for the part and contact the shop. Signing up means you accept these terms.

What the platform is

The platform does not sell any of the parts that shops upload. It is the link between whoever has the part and whoever is looking for it, in any country. The site shows the price, but it does not charge for the part: there is no cart and no payment for the order.

Searching does not need an account. Accounts are for the shops that publish.

Your account

• Whoever signs up publishes as a shop. The account is tied to your company details.
• The account activates when you open the link we send to your email.
• Company details must be real: buyers use them to contact you.
• You look after your password. Whatever is published from your account carries your company details.

What to publish

• Your full inventory. Upload everything in your warehouse, so buyers find the part without leaving their home or office. Mechanics work faster and you sell more.
• Real prices. The published price is the price you charge. The customer is the priority: anyone who does not publish real prices cannot use the platform to sell.
• True part details. Mark the originality (American, Japanese, Korean, European, or replacement) and the condition as they are, so buyers can go for the safe option.
• Up-to-date availability. Every 14 days you confirm the part is still available. If you do not, it stops appearing in the store.

Plans and payment

From the day you open the account you get a 30-day free trial with the limits of the Basic plan. After that the account stays on the Free plan, with no end date. If you need more, you choose a paid plan:

• Free plan: free, up to 5 published parts and 1 photo per part.
• Basic plan: 10 dollars a month, up to 50 published parts and 4 photos per part.
• Shop plan: 20 dollars a month, up to 200 published parts and 8 photos per part.

Paid plans are billed monthly, in US dollars, through PayPal. Nothing is charged until you approve the subscription on PayPal. You can suspend it at any time from the Plan page in the panel. When the trial ends or you suspend a plan, you go back to the Free plan: parts above its limit are paused, the most recently confirmed stay visible, and buyers see only the first photo of each part. Nothing is deleted, and paying for a plan again brings the paused parts back by themselves.

Transactions between buyer and shop

The platform is not responsible for any transaction between buyers and sellers. The final price, payment, delivery, and warranty are agreed between them.

If these terms are not met

The policy is strict with anyone who promotes parts here without complying with these terms. The administrator can pause a listing that does not comply, stating the reason, and can remove the account of anyone who breaks them repeatedly.

Law and changes

By using the platform you accept what is established under the laws of our country. If these terms change, we publish the new version here with its date.
